We want you to love every MOSSKYN product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our 30-Day Window
You can return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@mosskyn.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Drop off your package at any USPS location.
- Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
Final Sale
Gift cards, sets, and items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.
Subscription Orders
You may skip, swap, or cancel any subscription anytime from your account. Once a subscription order ships, it follows the standard return policy.
