30-Day Return Window

You may return any unused, unopened MOSSKYN product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

How to Return

1. Email hello@mosskyn.com with your order number.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop off your package at any USPS location.
4. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Final Sale

Gift cards, sets, and items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.

Subscriptions

You may skip, swap, or cancel any subscription at any time from your account.
